
Comptia Security+
is an entry level security certification, that validates a
knowledge of basic security concepts, communication security,
infrastructure security, cryptography, and operational security.
Students must pass a 100 question, 90 minutes exam to become
Security+. Students must gain an 85% or better on the exam to pass.
This course
prepares students for exam using a series lectures, and hands on
labs to get students prepare for the exam. Some of
the hands on lab will including setting up a client server
network and securing it, using IPSec, certificates, cryptography,
and group policies.
We offer the most
practical hands on approach to the Security+ training in New York
City. The Security+ course in NYC is 40 hours with 20 hours of lab
time and 20 hours of book work. All labs are supervised by the
instructor.
